MerchUndo

Terms of Service

Effective September 15, 2026. These terms describe use of MerchUndo, provided by MangoAnvil, with your Shopify store.

Authorized use

Use MerchUndo only for stores and data you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for the content and instructions you provide, including imported files and links, and for complying with Shopify's terms and applicable requirements. Do not use the app to access another store's data, bypass safeguards, upload malicious content, or disrupt the service.

Reviewing and running changes

Review the selected resources, field counts, original values, and proposed values before running a task. A saved preview does not update your Shopify catalog. Running a task or enabling a schedule authorizes the corresponding background operations, which can continue after you close the page. Use the available pause or cancel controls to stop pending operations. These controls do not reverse changes already applied.

Keep independent backups when your business requires them. MerchUndo verifies saved values and checks for conflicts during undo, but it is not a full-store backup or a guarantee that every change can be reversed. Resource deletion, subsequent edits, lost permissions, unavailable APIs, or deleted history can prevent execution, verification, or restoration. Review failed and conflicting fields before deciding what to do next.

Imports and schedules

Use only files and URLs you have permission to process. Correct missing, duplicate, and ambiguous matches before previewing an import. The current scheduler replays saved changes; it does not continuously synchronize a supplier feed or fetch the latest spreadsheet on every run.

Free service and limits

The current core editing, preview, verification, retry, and safe undo features are free. Technical task limits and Shopify API limits apply. A future paid option, if introduced, will require a separate pricing disclosure and merchant approval before charges begin.

Availability and ending use

Execution depends on Shopify and hosting availability. Tasks can be delayed or fail; no uninterrupted-service or fixed support-response-time guarantee is provided. You can stop using the app and uninstall it through Shopify. Uninstallation does not automatically restore catalog values that were already changed. Export records you need before uninstalling.

Data and support

Our Privacy Policy describes information processing and deletion. For support or questions about these terms, email [email protected] or visit the support page.

These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
